
Dee has been in the fitness industry for 8 years. Fitness and sports have been an integral part of Dee’s life. At the age of 10, Dee became involved in a local diving and swim team, and by the age of 13, Dee discovered the sport of distance running. Running has taught Dee many lessons for life, from perseverance and mental toughness to developing the self confidence to tackle life’s challenges. It is this awareness that has guided Dee in the direction of helping others to reach their personal fitness goals.
Dee’s attitude toward fitness is simple– participate in what you enjoy, push yourself to go further and before you know it– you’ve reached your goal!
Dee’s passion for the sport of running has allowed her the privilege of helping others start their own running program with the goal of running in their first race, whether it’s a 5K, 10K, or a marathon. She also trains people for specific sports such as tennis, softball, golf, volleyball, or just general conditioning, with an emphasis on Pilates training. In addition to training, Dee teaches group exercise classes such as Kickboxing, Pilates, and Stability Ball Toning.
