EverFit is proud to offer individualized attention to all members , and trainers are available to create initial programs, and periodic updates to the program over time. This initial training and the updates or “re-evaluations” are included in the membership cost, and are designed based on your goals, and your ability to complete the program individually and safely. Personal training is offered for those who wish to have constant guidance and encouragement through challenging and creative exercises, those who prefer regular supervision, and even for some who simply need an appointment for the purpose of motivation. Overall Conditioning
Includes strength training program designed for a full-body workout, with the ability to focus on specific areas if desired.
Pilates Training
Primarily a “core” focused workout with the use of own body weight for resistance. Especially beneficial for those wishing to focus primarily on abdominal or low back area.
Athletic Training
Designed to assist member in training for specific activity or event.. Includes strength training for injury prevention as well as agility and speed training based on specific activity.
Pre/Post Natal Training
For the experienced or inexperienced pregnant or post-partum exerciser, we can set up or adapt a training program for the specific individual, following their doctor’s recommendations.
Post-Rehabilitation Personal Training
Excellent resource to extend strengthening and conditioning once cleared from a traditional rehabilitation setting. Added benefit of continued supervision to ensure further progress without fear of injury.
