
Trish has worked in the fitness industry since 1991. She is a AAAI Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management Consultant, and Aerobics Instructor, and she is certified by the YMCA in stability ball training, Principles of Health & Fitness, and Sports Conditioning, and Schwinn indoor cycling (spinning classes). She is also certified in CPR.
Trish has been with EverFit since 2005, and she finds her position here both exciting and challenging. She works here as a Fitness Specialist, with duties ranging from personal training and teaching fitness classes to helping with physical therapy patients. Trish also runs a local chapter TOPS, which is a nationally recognized weight-loss support group, and offers a one-on-one nutritional counseling program to aid with weight loss. This 12-Week Weight Loss Program has show great results, and will continue to be offered in both group and individual settings in the future.
Trish appreciates EverFit’s philosophy, which allows her to provide individualized attention to gym members. She especially loves guiding people who have little or no exercise experience, and is comfortable working with both adults and children.
